The Medicredit TCPA class action lawsuit claims that Medicredit made unwanted and/or prerecorded collection calls to cell phones which was in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Class members in the MedicreditTCPASettlement lawsuit are defined as anyone in the United States who from July 2015 until October 2016 from Medicredit or a call from the third-party, NPAS Inc., from April 2012 until October 2016, you may be entitled to a cash payment from the TCPA class action settlement.
